5. Shipping and Delivery

Eclyvion Eco-Store will arrange for the shipment of your order to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for all products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. You are responsible for inspecting your order upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any damage, defects, or discrepancies. Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination address and shipping method selected. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. You are responsible for all such charges and any customs clearance fees.

We offer various shipping options, and the selected option will be reflected in your order confirmation. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please note that expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eclyvion Eco-Store is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the following conditions:

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to items marked as final sale, clearance items, or products that have been used or opened. Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We cannot process refunds to third-party payment methods or accounts.

For defective or damaged products, we may offer replacement or repair at our discretion. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect and your order information.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ECLYVION ECO-STORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ECLYVION ECO-STORE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100.00).
